The 10th annual State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Symposium is being held on the campus of the State University of New York at New Paltz from Tuesday, May 24, through Wednesday, May 25, 2016.

The two-day event will occur in New Paltz's Student Union Building in room 401.

The Symposium is open to all SUNYAC students, interns and assistant coaches who are interested in pursuing a career in collegiate athletics. Successful applicants will be introduced to a variety of topics presented by current SUNYAC professional staff members. Attendees will be housed in campus dormitories throughout their stay. Should attendees need accommodations on May 23 due to extensive travel, please use the contact information below. All meals listed on the Symposium schedule will be provided. There is NO COST to the attendees, other than travel, to attend the Symposium!
To celebrate the 10th Anniversary, this year’s Symposium will mirror Year 1, using Cecile Reynaud’s book She Can Coach as a guide. She Can Coach was utilized as the educational platform at the inaugural event.  It is a worthwhile read for any prospective coach or athletics administrator, and will be the basis for this year’s Symposium.
