Reynolds and Dowling selected as Field Hockey Athletes of the Week

CORTLAND, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has selected the recipients for the weekly field hockey awards. Oswego senior Katie Reynolds has been named Offensive Athlete of the Week, while New Paltz freshman Ryan Dowling has been picked as Defensive Athlete of the Week.

Reynolds tallied her third goal of the season in the team's 5-0 win over Elmira College on Wednesday. The senior also tallied two assists for a total of four points on the day. Reynolds is now second on the team in points this season with eight.

Meanwhile, Dowling posted a .889 save percentage for the Hawks. The freshman collected seven saves during a 2-1 victory against Stockton on Saturday.
