PrestoSports Weekly Swimming & Diving Awards Announced

CORTLAND, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) selects Geneseo's Lauren Sposili (Clifton Park, N.Y.) and Cortland's Taylor Williams (Slate Hill, N.Y.) as this week's PrestoSports Women's Swimming and Diving recipients.

Sposili earned three individual event victories, leading the Knights to a team win over NCAA Division I Canisius, 169-131 on Saturday. Sposili snagged first-place finishes in the 1000 free (11:05.53), 500 free (5:27.69) and the 100 breast (1:08.67), the 10th-fastest time in program history. She also took part in the Knights' first-place 200 medley relay, which finished in 1:49.88.

Williams posted the top six-dive score in 3-meter diving (256.45 points) and the second-best score on the 1-meter board (245.45 points) at the season-opening Cortland Pumpkin Relays.
