The third-ranked Salisbury University field hockey team opened the 2025 slate with a convincing 5-2 victory over the Stockton Ospreys on Sunday afternoon at Sea Gull Stadium. Junior Marli McDorman registered her first career hat trick, scoring three goals on five shots. It was McDorman's fourth career multi-goal game and first since a two-goal effort on Nov. 1, 2023, against Mary Washington.
