Brockport Set to Host 2026 SUNYAC Men's Wrestling Championship Saturday
SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Brockport will host the 2026 SUNYAC men's wrestling championship on Saturday, January 24 at its Special Events Recreation Center (SERC) on campus. Doors will open for spectators at 8 a.m., while competition will begin at 9:30 a.m. with first round matchups.
Cortland and Oneonta tied for first place at last year's SUNYAC championship with a team score of 141 points while Brockport finished third with 134 points. Cortland's Angelo Centrone was named the Outstanding Wrestler of the Meet after winning the individual title at 149 pounds. Centrone was 5-0 with a pin and three technical falls at the meet.
