Cortland Sweeps SUNYAC Women's Swimming & Diving Weekly Honors
SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Cortland teammates Leah Bernhardt and Alyssa Haberlack are the SUNYAC Women's Swimmer and Diver of the Week respectively.
This is Bernhardt's third SUNAYC Women's Swimmer of the Week honor of the season. She won both the 500-yard freestyle (5:14.22) and the 200-yard freestyle (1:58.51) at the five-team U.S. Merchant Marine Academy Memorial Invitational. The 500 freestyle performance was her season best.
Haberlack takes the SUNYAC Women's Diver of the Week award for the sixth time this season. She was Cortland's top diver with 11-dive scores of 433.70 points on the 1-meter board and 437.65 points on the 3-meter board at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy Memorial Invitational. Both scores were her career bests.
