CORTLAND, N.Y. - Cortland beat Buffalo State, 3-1, to win its second straight and 21st overall SUNYAC Men's Soccer title, Saturday at Buffalo State's Coyer Field. With the win the Red Dragons earned an automatic berth into the 2024 NCAA DIII tournament.
Cortland's Mateo Marra was named the SUNYAC Men's Soccer Tournament MVP for the second-straight season. Marra scored two goals and had an assist in two games and also added a goal in the shootout to help his team beat Oneonta in penalty kicks after a 1-1 tie in the semifinal game.
