White-Principio Tabbed SUNYAC Women's Basketball Athlete of the Week
SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Oswego's Giavanna White-Principio is the SUNYAC Women's Basketball Athlete of the Week for the week ending January 19.
White-Principio was a huge part of the Lakers earning two conference wins this weekend. Against Potsdam, she scored 18 points on 61% shooting while grabbing 17 rebounds and 6 steals. Against Plattsburgh the next day, she added another 15 points and 8 rebounds with a block. For the weekend, she averaged 16.5 points per game with 12.5 rebounds per game. She currently leads the SUNYAC with 11.3 rebounds per game.
