Oneonta men's soccer claims top-seed going into SUNYAC tournament
CORTLAND, N.Y. - Oneonta finished 8-0-1 in the conference to earn the top-seed going into the six-team State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) men's soccer championship tournament.
In the first round games fourth-seeded Potsdam (4-4-1) will host fifth-seeded Geneseo (4-4-1) on Saturday, November 1 at 1 p.m. and No. 3 Brockport (4-4-1) will host No. 6 Oswego (3-5-1) at 6 p.m.
The winner of the Brockport/Oswego game will travel to face No. 2 Cortland (7-1-1) while the winner of Potsdam/Geneseo will go to Oneonta on Wednesday, November 5.
The championship game is set for Saturday, November 8 at 1 p.m. at the highest remaining seed.
