Cortland Ranked No. 1 in 2025 SUNYAC Women's Soccer Preseason Poll
SYRACUSE, N.Y. - For the third year in a row, Cortland earns the No. 1 spot in the SUNYAC Women's Soccer Preseason Poll as voted on by the conference coaches.
The Cortland Red Dragons ended their 2024 season in the SUNYAC championship game. Cortland has 10 women's soccer league titles overall winning its most recent trophy in 2023. The team finished last season with a 11-4-4 record.
New Paltz, No. 2 in the poll, will look to defend the title and earn its third SUNYAC women's soccer crown after winning last season. The Hawks went 15-3-2 overall in 2024.
Oswego is ranked third in the poll and will compete for its first-ever women's soccer league crown. The Lakers finished the 2024 season with a 9-7-1 overall record.
