Buffalo State and Geneseo Ranked in Top 25
Buffalo State's women's track and field climbed two spots to 20th in this week's United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) rankings, while the men broke into the rankings in 24th joining the seventh ranked Geneseo Knights.
The defending 55-meter dash national champion Erica Johnson still leads the pack of Bengals on the women's side, retaining the top time in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.55 seconds. Teammate Sasha Henry moved into a tie for seventh this past week, clocking 7.81 seconds.
Sophomore Jazmin Dunham is fourth in the 60-meter hurdles (8.91). Senior Jessica Walker is also 10th in the triple jump (11.37m).
On the men's side, Buffalo State’s Jimmy Campbell ran the third-fastest 400-meter dash time of the year last Friday at 48.60 seconds. Jalen Law is also currently tied for 16th in the 60-meter dash with a converted time of 6.99 seconds.

Eddie Novara and Alex Brimstein ranked fifth and eighth, respectively in the 1 mile event with times of 4:12.41 and 4:15.13. Junior Chris Carter has the seventh fastest 800 meter time to date of 1:54.68 and has teamed with Novara, Brimstein and Jesse Cleary-Krell for the second fastest Distance Medley Relay of 10:06.60.
