RESULTS
WAVERLY, IA - Three State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) athletes  won national titles at the NCAA Division III Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships over the weekend, hosted by Wartburg College.
Buffalo State's Benjamin Ezike won the triple jump national championship for the second time in less than three months after winning the indoor title. Cortland junior Nick Vachon won the national title in the high jump with a 2.10 meter jump. Geneseo senior Jacqueline Huben was crowned national champion in the 3,000-meter steeplechase finishing in a time of 10:38.60.
Overall the SUNYAC had 16 athletes finish in the top eight to earn All-America status while Buffalo State's Jazlyn Porter and Oneonta's Rachael Shine were All-American in two events.Â
